By accessing or using this site or using any of its services, you are agreed on the terms and conditions mentioned below, including any supplementary guidelines and future modifications.

By using this Website/ Mobile Application/ Call Center/ Partners you hereby acknowledge and agree that WanderGateway is not a hotel/guest house/hostel/ resort or Homestays owner and has no control over the conduct or behavior of the Channel Partner or the quality, fitness or the suitability of the services provided by Channel Partner. WanderGateway disclaims any and all liabilities in this regard.

WanderGateway may change, alter or remove any part of these below-written Terms and Conditions without any prior notice. Any changes done in this Terms and Conditions of Use will be applicable the moment they are posted on the site. You need to re-check the “Terms & Conditions” link to be fully aware of the entire scenario.

1. Agreement between the Clients & WanderGateway:
While accessing, using, browsing or make the booking through wandergateway.com, users have to accept that they are agreed to the terms and conditions of our portal. In case of any violation, Wayrow Tours & Travel Private. Limited. and its subsidiaries (including wandergateway.com) reserve all the rights for taking any legal actions against them.

2. Prices on the Website:
The price, which we offer on wandergateway.com, generally include accommodation charges, taxes (unless specified otherwise) and in special cases some meals (Breakfast /Lunch / Dinner). It never comprises any personal expense or other additional charges like telephone calls, personal-man services, entrance fees of any monuments and bar charges, etc.

3: Payment Confirmation
You should not take any action based on information on the Website until you have received a confirmation of your transaction. In case of confirmations to be received by email, if you do not receive a confirmation of your purchase/transaction within the stipulated time period, first look into your "spam" or "junk" folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact us.
On transacting with this site, you will receive an e-mail from WanderGateway for the status of your transaction. The e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided by you and WanderGateway is not responsible for the receipt of the supposed e-mail in your inbox. Be careful in providing right e-mail I’d.
The customer acknowledges that the SMS sent by WanderGateway is an added facility for the convenience of the customers. It is not compulsory as per the law to provide SMS service alerts to the customers. If you don’t receive any SMS for any reason, WanderGateway is not liable for the same.
WanderGateway is not responsible to provide information about any change in cancellation and status of hotel/hostel/homestay/Guest House/Resort etc.

You will also inform other persons about the Terms and Condition of the website you will provide accurate information about every official document and other important details like name and DOB to the site in case of making a trip with it. In case of any error or mistake in the process of information, you will be solely responsible for the same. All information provided by you to this site should be accurate, updated and complete, If you have an account on this site, you are advised to secure it with your login details, including login ID and password. You will be entirely responsible for any use or misuse of your account. WanderGateway reserves the right to deny access to its Website to anyone, at any time without any notice and for any reason, including, but not restricted to, for the violation of its Terms of Use.

6. Booking Policy
The total price displayed on the site includes all applicable government taxes.
You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking. For infant's booking, the age must be 24 months older or below, and make sure that they have valid proof-of-age documents when they re checking in, and remember that the infant must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old. You can't book more than one infant per adult. To avail infant fares; the infant must be under 24 months of age or below throughout the entire itinerary that you’re booking. If the age of infant is 24 months or above then you need to book a separate booking as a child.
Stay of 1 child up to 5 years of age is complimentary without the use of extra mattress. Breakfast charges may be applicable to the child.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel/hostel/guesthouse/resort/homestay premises.
All the bookings issued to the customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective Supplier.

7. Cancellation Policy
For cancellations done prior to the 30 days or more of the date of departure, initial deposit amount or 25% of the tour cost (if fully paid) will be charged as cancellation charges.
For cancellations done between 29 days to 15 days prior to the date of departure, 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
For cancellations done between 14 days to 8 days of the tour, 75% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges
For cancellations done within 8 days of the tour, 100% cancellation charges will apply and you will receive no refunds.

8. Refund Policy
WanderGateway will process the refund only after getting cancellation request/claim from the customer/travel agent/corporate company through mybooking section or email or by calling in our 24*7 customer care
WanderGateway will process the refund within 72 hours only after receiving it from the concerned Hostel/Homestay/Resort/Guest House/hotel/transporter/other suppliers. Due to Banking Procedures, Refund in credit cards may take the duration of 72 hours while it may take 7 days in case of net banking transactions

9. Refunds in cases where Hotel is declared as Insolvent or Bankrupt
WanderGateway shall not be liable to pay any refunds whatsoever in cases where the Hostel/Homestay/Resort/Guest House/hotel/transporter/other suppliers close its operations or declare itself as insolvent
The customers or clients or agents shall not hold the WanderGateway liable to pay the refunds as assured at the time of booking in cases where the Hostel/Homestay/Resort/Guest House/hotel/transporter/other suppliers close its operation or declare itself as insolvent.
On the basis of assurity given by Hostel/Homestay/Resort/Guest House/hotel/transporter/other suppliers, WanderGateway may sometimes refund amount to the customer but WanderGateway reserves the right to recover the refunded amount on event of Hostel/Homestay/Resort/Guest House/hotel/transporter/other suppliers getting shut down/non-operational/bankrupt.

10: Right to Refuse
WanderGateway at its sole discretion reserves the right to not to accept any customer order without assigning any reason thereof. Any contract to provide any service by WanderGateway is not complete until full money towards the service is received from the customer and accepted by WanderGateway.
Without prejudice to the other remedies available to WanderGateway under this agreement, the terms of service or under applicable law, WanderGateway may limit the user's activity, or end the user's listing, warn other users of the user's actions, immediately temporarily/indefinitely suspend or terminate the user's registration, and/or refuse to provide the user with access to the website if:
The user is in breach of this agreement, the terms of service and/or the documents it incorporates by reference; WanderGateway is unable to verify or authenticate any information provided by the user or WanderGateway believes that the user's actions may infringe on any third party rights or breach any applicable law or otherwise result in any liability for the user, other users of the website and/or WanderGateway.
WanderGateway may at any time in its sole discretion reinstate suspended users. Once the user has been indefinitely suspended the user shall not register or attempt to register with WanderGateway or use the website in any manner whatsoever until such time that the user is reinstated by WanderGateway.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the user breaches this agreement, the terms of service or the documents it incorporates by reference, WanderGateway reserves the right to recover any amounts due and owing by the user to WanderGateway and/or the service provider and to take strict legal action as WanderGateway deems necessary.

11: Right to cancelation by WanderGateway in case of Invalid information from the user
The User undertakes to provide only correct and valid information while requesting any services under this agreement, and not to make any misrepresentation of facts at all. Any default on part of the User would break this agreement and shall deprive the User of availing the services from WanderGateway.
In case Wandergateway discovers or has reasons to believe at any time during or after receiving a request for services from the User that the request for services is either unauthorized or the information provided by the User is not correct or that any fact has been misrepresented by him, WanderGateway in its sole discretion shall have the unrestricted right to take any steps against the User(s), including cancellation of the bookings, etc. without any prior intimation to the User. In such an event, WanderGateway shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage that may be caused to the User or any of them as a consequence of such cancellation of booking or services.
The User emphatically compensates WanderGateway of any such claim or liability and shall not hold WanderGateway responsible for any loss or damage arising out of measures taken by WanderGateway for safeguarding its own interest and that of its genuine customers. This would also include WanderGateway denying/ canceling any bookings on account of suspected fraud transactions.

12: Copyrights
Products, services, and contents displaying on wandergateway.com are the properties of this website. Any unauthorized copy & use of the trademark product & services without prior concern will be taken as misappropriation and strict actions may be taken against the concern person/organization/company. You agree not to misuse its materials and interrupt the operation of this Site in any way. You understand that except for information, products or services supplied by WanderGateway do not endorse any other information in any way.

13: Booking Extension
Extension of stay would be provided on current room rates, subject to availability.
Current room rates can be different from the rates at which the rooms were booked.

**Please note convenience fee charged at the time of booking will not be refundable
We are not responsible for any damage, loss or injury made during enjoying the holiday packages provided by us. You are accountable for your own safety measures.
We are also not accountable for any human error that gone unnoticed by the clients and our staffs.


Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the hotel, the hotel/hostel/hoestay/guesthouse/resort reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest.
